As a user, i would like to restrict a certain repo to one or more arches.

Description
Using candlepin's content-arch feature, i would like to restrict which systems receive which custom repositories.
For example I should be able to create a single product "EPEL 6", and create repositories:
Epel 6 x86_64
Epel 6 ppc
Epel 6 i386
And assign arches to each of these repositories. Then only clients of the respective arches would actually try to use them. Today each client would attempt to use all 3.
I should also still be able to select "none" and have it apply to all systems as it does today.
Can leverage candlepin to accomplish this. Content in candlepin can carry a comma separated list of architectures. When certificates are generated the system arch is compared against that list, if no match is found the content is skipped.
