Deleting a smart proxy isn't a user-friendly process at the moment, especially for a Puppet proxy as it may be associated directly to many hosts and host groups.

Both a before_destroy hook and foreign keys prevent it being deleted right now, but we should consider either nullifying associations automatically and/or warning the user and allowing them to break the associations.
