Description

After creating a new sync plan in the CLI for synchronization at 10:00 hs, the CLI report the time to be created at 14:00 hs.
The web gui shows it at 10:00 hs.

[root@satellite ~]# katello --user admin --pass changeme sync_plan update --name Daily --org Miwcasa --date 2014-05-24 --time=10:00:00 --interval=daily
Successfully updated sync plan [ Daily ]
[root@satellite ~]# katello --user admin --pass changeme sync_plan list --org Miwcasa
