Description

Repro

1. Add subnet manually, configuring no proxy
  2. Add proxy where the subnet from 1. is configured in dhcp
  3. "Import subnets" on the proxy added in 2.

Expected Result

subnet is connected to proxy

Actual Result

Message "No new subnets found"; subnet has no DHCP proxy configured.
