Description of problem:

External user (tried ldap as well as httpd mod_lookup_identity) sees exception on his first login and needs to try to login again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create LDAP auth source with populated users
2. try logging in as a user

Actual results:

Error
cannot execute execution_plan_id:624b3558-9394-43d3-8b49-8fdb89c2fa5a it's stopped

Expected results:

User logs in on first attempt

This is an issue when record is created (with orchestration) and after that updated, while the old execution plan is attempted to execute for the second tine
