Pluggable fact extending
Description
Currently, if users want to add custom fact to the image, this file needs to be edited
https://github.com/theforeman/ovirt-node-plugin-foreman/blob/master/src/discovery-facts.rb.in
and image rebuilt. We need a better mechanism, maybe even without need of rebuilding the image (mount usb stick? download a file via TFTP/HTTP?)

Also we want to give the possibility to inject ZIP extensions into the image directly (base64 encoded), during the build process we can expand them and execute them as well.
