Description

The syncing of repositories is no longer generating notices.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable or create one or more repositories
  2. Go to the sync management page
  3. Sync a repository
  4. Go to the notices page
  5. Notice (haha, get it?) that there isn't a notice for the sync
