[RFE] provide better autocomplete for content views in content search

Description

The autocomplete in content views is not ideal since it only matches from the beginning of string when offering choices: "org" does not yield a match for "Default Organization View".

Completion like is available in foreman scoped search autocomplete may result in nicer experience in matching. Another choice may be a different selection mechanism entirely (popup list or something?).

The goal would be to put less burden on user to recall specific names of content views.
