Description
The submenu "Provisionning Setup" under the menu infrastructure is not translated and the strings are not available in transifex
Nearly all the text (the 5 steps) regarding this menu interface is missing in transifex.

foreman_setup plugin's missing i18n completely at the moment.

I've added it to Transifex now: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/foreman/resource/foreman_setup/
Will make another release once one of the languages is at a reasonable percentage.
