Description

Cloned from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1132410
Description of problem:
In order to use things like local storage in VMware, you need to be able to select the hypervisor that storage belongs to.

Currently, Satellite allows you to select a local storage domain for VMware resources, however, it will deploy to any available hypervisor. This will cause an error.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.0.3 Beta

How reproducible:
Random (depending on which hypervisor has capacity)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new host and assign it to a vmware compute resource
2. Add a local storage domain to the host
3. Create the host

Actual results:
If you have more than one available hypervisor in the VMWare cluster, vmware may deploy to one that does not have the specified local storage domain causing an error and the VM won't be created.

Expected results:
VM is created
