Description

This story entails taking the common pieces of Bastion (app structure, routes, controller to load up the SPA, auth handling, widgets etc.) into a stand-alone engine that only requires Foreman. The Bastion that exists in Katello today would then be paired down to bastion_katello that makes use of Bastion, and provides the Katello UI pieces.
