Description of problem:
[CCJK] Unlocalized period next to the end sentence 'organizations' link in 'Location configuration' page of Administer->Locations->Help.

How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Administer->Locations
2. Click Help button on the top left of page.
Actual results:
[CCJK] Unlocalized period next to the end sentence 'organizations' link.
Expected results:
The period should be localized or removed.

The text in app/views/locations/welcome.html.erb has the full stop at the end outside of the i18n extraction:
"For example, there might be a data center in London and one in Virginia; these are locations. Locations also work nicely when used in tandem with organizations."
Same bug exists in app/views/organizations/welcome.html.erb.
