Currently we configure it by generating config files in provisioning templates, we should try to find some library that is present in major distributions and is OS agnostic.

To consider during this task: can we somehow keep configuration during puppet runs? (not from puppet, probably some wrapper run before puppet run itself, ideally using same library), outcome can be another Feature task.
