When i set a subnet for a host,
it finds a corresponding IP by retrieving the unused_ip file from Sinatra
but if i unselect the subnet for a hosts and i re-select again the same subnet,
it won't give it back his old Ip but a new one
it should verify first if this host ins't already registered with an Ip on this subnet
and if it true it should not change his Ip
