[ja_JP] Strings broken into two lines in 'Add Bookmark' dialog

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Administer->Users
2. Click Bookmark this search in Search bar.

Actual results:
[ja_JP] Strings ‘Search query’/'Public' broken into two lines in 'Add Bookmark' dialog.

Expected results:
It should be displayed in one line.
