As a user, I should be able to upgrade Katello 2.0 to 2.1.
Description
We need a way to perform upgrades even from nightly to nightly or katello 2.0 to katello 2.1
I'm not sure if this is katello-installer with a --upgrade flag that will:
pulp-manage-db
foreman-rake db:migrate
/usr/share/candlepin/cpdb --update -p PASSWORD
