Description

This issue is to investigate/address a comment on: https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/4765

Scenario:
- register a content host & add it to a host collection
- go to Hosts > Content Hosts
select the above content host
- click Host Collections
- in the PR above, the following comment was raised on the 'Capacity' column:

[snip begin]... the name of the column is strange, isn't it?

If a Host Collection allows 5 hosts, and I have 1 host in the collection, this column displays "Capacity: 1/5" -- at least to me, that sounds like I only have 1 slot available instead of 4. Likewise, "Capacity: 1 / Unlimited" sounds weird.

It could be a separate issue too, if you'd prefer and I'll ack this, as it does what it says.

IMPORTANT: If/when this issue is addressed, we will need to consider all 'similar' scenarios (UI/CLI) to ensure consistency (e.g. Activation Keys, Host Collections)
