Usage:

Options:
 --content-view-filter CONTENT_VIEW_FILTER_NAME      Name to search by
 --content-view-filter-id CONTENT_VIEW_FILTER_ID     filter identifier
 --content-view-version CONTENT_VIEW_VERSION_VERSION Content view version number
 --content-view-version-id CONTENT_VIEW_VERSION_ID   Content view version identifier
 --repository REPOSITORY_NAME                        Repository name to search by
 --repository-id REPOSITORY_ID                       repository ID
 -h, --help                                          print help

This used to work for me but now gives an error:

[root@katello-centos6-bats ~]# hammer -u admin -p changeme puppet-module list --organization="Default Organization" --repository-id=$repo_id
/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/hammer_cli-0.1.3/lib/hammer_cli/./apipie/../abstract.rb:67: warning: already initialized constant DEFAULT_LABEL_INDENT
Error: Unrecognised option '--organization'
