Description
For things like rendering mail templates, I want to make use of the new foreman authorized_as scope.

I started to try to do this, but it's quite a jungle in the Authorization concerns, it would need to be made DRY to really do this effectively.
For now, you can call `authorized_as` or `user.can?` methods from Foreman
