Inherit latest content view
Description
There should be a way to have some kind of 'dynamic' content views which are just like regular content views, but inherit the 'latest' version of previous content views. Currently content views only inherit specific version of parents, it's not dynamic.

When implementing this, please consider that currently one simply picks the version. The version, in the context of the UI (see attached), has no indication of which environment it is in. I would suggest that in the version picker something like the following is displayed:
Always highest version in Library Always highest version in Development 12 Library Snap9 Sat6.1 beta 11 Development Snap8 Sat6.1 beta
Entries are of format:
version number
lifecycle environment name
ellipsized version description
