As a user i like to use my own Puppet environment while still using activation keys
Description
If i like to use Lifecycle Environments and activation keys i am forced to use the Katello Puppet module management. I like to use my own Puppet environments whilestill registering systems to software stages.

- Has duplicate Feature #6669: after lifecycle environment and content view are selected, default to associated puppet environment but have option to change it added
