Description

If a hardware model contains a '/' or '.' in the name and I click on the name, it causes the following error:
The page you were looking for doesn't exist.
You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.

E.g. we have a hardware model "AM900/x1x" or "AM 31x/x0x".
This looks like the same issue as in #8536.
The same fix for app/models/model.rb worked in my test environment.
