As a UI user, I should not see the 'Server' kickstart repositories during enablement.

Description

This option doesn't mean the samething as the RPM 'Server' repositories and can lead user's to a bad place. We should hide the 'Server' (6Server, 7Server etc.) kickstart repositories.
