Description

From a Debian system's foreman-debug run, which was run via foreman-bats:

COMMAND> rpm -qa '*foreman*' || dpkg -l *foreman* | sort

/usr/sbin/foreman-debug: line 70: rpm: command not found
dpkg-query: no packages found matching foreman-debug

The dpkg argument needs quoting like the rpm one.
