Make Library of any Content-View receive all updates just like Default Organizational View

Description

When joining to "Library" of a Content-View, it would make the most sense if this received all updates automatically, instead of needing to be published whenever new patches arrive. Effectively, this would make the Library of each Content-View just like Default Organizational View, but restricted to those repositories listed in the content-view.

Thanks for reporting this issue. This issue was created over 4 years ago and hasn't seen an update in 1 year. We are closing this in an effort to keep a realistic backlog.
