Bug #8973
closedunable to install unsigned packages
Description
In Katello 2.0, I removed the GPG key from the foreman plugins repo as they are not signed.
When I try to update or install a package from this repo, the update/install failes due to unsigned packages.
I did a subscription-manager refresh and waited more than a day after removing the GPG key.

This is when installing from the command line, or sync'ing the repository into Katello and trying to install a package from it onto a host?

This is when sync'ing the repo into katello and updating installed packages (the package is from foreman plugins and I try to update my katello install).
It could be this occurs only when removing a gpg key from the repo after having it enabled, as I've noticed unsigned packages being installed on a different system/repo.
Will have to test it sometime this week

After some testing and investigation this appears to be an issue with Candlepin itself and as such I have filed an issue for them https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1207431
