Update the Foreman dashboard with containers information

Description
The dashboard should be able to handle a widget with basic information about the available docker hosts, compute resources, and containers in them. For starters, graphs showing the repositories being used by containers, and pull some info from the docker compute resource to see how much memory/cpu there is remaining at the host.
