Setting SAM flag on tables should not hide data from Katello users

Description
Currently, setting the feature flag on the following hides irrelevant columns to Katello users as well as SAM users. The following columns should be hidden to SAM users but shown to Sat6 users:
- Environment and Content View columns in the Activation Keys and Content Hosts tables.
- Description column in the Products table.
- Translation missing: en.field_release set to 23
- Triaged changed from No to Yes
- Target version changed from 67 to 68
- Translation missing: en.field_release changed from 23 to 31
- Target version deleted (
68)
- Translation missing: en.field_release changed from 31 to 70
- Translation missing: en.field_release changed from 70 to 86
- Status changed from New to Rejected
- Translation missing: en.field_release deleted (
86)
- Translation missing: en.field_release set to 166
