Hello,

It would be nice to be able to grant internal user to change their own password without granting them the ability to
change every users.

This facility was originally in Foreman but it was broken by many other patches. I have fixed this so that now ALL users get to edit a minimal set of their own user fields. These include the password and name, email details. Of course, if they have been granted more access then the additional fields are also available.

Added a "My account"link to the topbar. Cleaned the codepaths now that the link is there.
