Install katello-selinux package via the installer
Description
Since we split the katello SELinux policy into newly created package katello-selinux, we need to make sure it is installed. We can do this via the katello-installer, or via SPEC dependency.
I will work on the package this week, please discuss the preferred way. If it's just a SPEC change, I can do that. I would need some help with installer changes tho.
