Description

Adding or removing a product from a sync plan causes a task to get stuck and blocks other tasks.

1. create a product with a repo
2. Go to Content > Sync PLans
3. Create a sync plan
4. on the sync plan's product list, add the product
5. Go to Monitor > Tasks

observe that the task is stuck at planned/pending
