Description

Currently the dev installer is failing with this error:

[ERROR 2015-02-17 08:17:27 main] Could not set 'file' on ensure: No such file or directory - /home/vagrant/foreman/config/settings.plugins.d/gutterball.yaml20150217-12089-157g88b.lock at 14:/vagrant/katello-installer/modules/katello/manifests/plugin/gutterball/config.pp
