paginate puppet module list when adding
Description
After syncing down forge.puppetlabs.com, when adding a module to a content view (/content_views/2/puppet_modules/names) the page renders exceptionally slowly when no filter is present. This causes the page to appear unresponsive and makes adding modules a frustrating time consumer.
Could the list be paginated by default (say 50 modules) with the option to use the full list if desired?
