Email notification - Katello Sync Summary - New Errata section hyperlinks does not work

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Sat6
2. Make sure to enable the notification for Katello sync errata
2. Upload a manifest, enable a repository, sync
3. Review the promotion

Actual results:
The new errata section looked like below in the email. The errata numbers 0,9,5 were in a blue colored font and I clicked on those expecting it would take me to specific errata page but the hyperlinks did not work
