katello-installer should show option to enable BMC on smart-proxy

Description of problem:
To configure bmc interface, this needs to be enabled on smart-proxy. Currently katello-installer doesn't show any option to enable BMC feature on smart-proxy
[root@dhcp207-190 ~]# katello-installer --foreman-proxy-bmc
ERROR: Unrecognised option '--foreman-proxy-bmc'
See: 'katello-installer --help'
[root@dhcp207-190 ~]# katello-installer -h | grep bmc
we can enable it manually from:
/etc/foreman-proxy/settings.d/bmc.yml
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Sat6.1 beta snap4 compose2
Satellite-6.1.0-RHEL-6-20150225.0
