Foreman-proxy uses host fqdn to execute puppet run over ssh, then when deploying a multiple nics host with a dedicated nic to ssh (which does not match host's fqdn), the ssh connexion fails.
Using new Foreman 1.8 network interface, you could add for example an "admin" tag like the "primary" and "provision" tag in order to initiate ssh connexion on a defined interface/IP
