Description

From the foreman-installer help (foreman 1.8 RC2):

    --foreman-apipie-task         Rake task to generate API documentation.
                                  Use 'apipie:cache' on 1.7 or older, 'apipie:cache:index' on 1.8 or newer. (default: "apipie:cache:index")

katello-installer use the 'old' rake task for building the apipie cache, and should use "apipie:cache:index" instead (katello 2.2 branch and master).
