fog created a new Version 3.2.3 a few Days ago containing the following commit:

this breaks VM creation on ESX Cluster with Foreman 1.24.2 on Debian 9 and 10 with the following Error:
undefined local variable or method `options' for #<Fog::Vsphere::Compute::Real:0x00007fafff006458>
