So it appears the issue is caused when foreman_proxy::plugin::dhcp::remote_isc is installed with dhcp as foreman-prox... Si Man

Fix was to edit the foreman-proxy/bundler.d/dhcp_isc.rb lines 2 & 11 and replace "gem 'rsec', '< 1'" with "gem 'rsec'... Si Man
