Foreman API throws ruby exception with ovirt network API
Description
When calling the api via
GET /api/compute_resources/:id/available_clusters/:cluster_id/available_networks
and using ovirt, the api throws a ruby exception.
Calling "/api/compute_resources/1/available_clusters/" works and returns the wanted attributes, e.g.

When trying to use on of the IDs and then listing the networks, you get an exception:

I have tested with both foreman 1.12.1 and with latest develop branch and it seems to work for me.

How can I provide additonal information? What logs / information do you need to reproduce the issue?
What RHEV/oVirt Backend did you use? We use RHEV 3.5.3.

After more debugging, we found that the foreman calls this url:
<ovirt uri>/clusters/1
which results in a 404 errors, beauce a cluster with the UUID does not exists.
Foreman should be send the UUID of the cluster instead using the internal id of the resource.
If we are define the UUID of the cluster directly Like: /compute_resources/1/available_clusters/7b957222-7f2e-11e2-a756-525400edf80b/available_networks
The API is working fine.
