virt-who daemon not reporting status back to Satellite at regular intervals

Description
I used the virt-who plugin to configure a libvirt host. The initial check-in worked and the UI Dashboard showed that the report arrived. Its been 2 hours since (the daemon is configured to report every 2 hours) and the next report didnt come in yet. The UI reports in RED as expected but the virt-who deamon is running and not sure why the new report hasnt come in yet.

I checked your instance. I see there were regular runs until certain point in time. Then not more "Hypervisors" tasks were created so it's very likely that the virt-who does not run. Looking at the virt-who log, I see

so it seems virt-who does not contact Satellite if there was no change on hypervisor. In such case we consider this as out of date :-(
