foreman_azure is not 1.17 compatible
Description
When upgrading 1.16.1 to 1.17.0 (https://www.theforeman.org/manuals/1.17/index.html#3.6Upgrade)

foreman_azure is not compatible with 1.17 at the moment, you can patch your install with https://github.com/theforeman/foreman_azure/commit/6762f001c246ca79c6939807abfc8ab47764d14c.diff and report back, if the azure plugin works for you, then.
