Description
When I run my puppet run by kicking a host or let puppet do this run by itself I get the following error in my Report for the php5-fpm service.
Could not evaluate: invalid byte sequence in US-ASCII
When I performa a puppet agent -t --debug as root I don't get this error in my Foremanlog of the host.
Foreman/Puppet seems to overwrite the Language ?

This sounds like an issue with how the Puppet agent is run (e.g. as a daemon without UTF-8 support), not Foreman.
