closedhammer content-view filter info returns wrong information

Description of problem:
When running `hammer content-view filter info` passing `content-view-id` and `name` the command should print the information for the given name if found, otherwise should fail and state that was not able to find a match for the specified name.

How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a content view filter with a valid name
2. Try to get the information by passing an empty name or any blank character
Actual results:
The command returns one already created filter not even matching the name
Expected results:
The command returns the right information if the name matches or states that was not able to find a content view with the specified name.
