When removing Content View with activation keys associated, they are not displayed

Description of problem:
When deleting a content view version that has associated Activation Keys,
clicking the 'Show affected Activation Keys' link does not display them.
1. create and publish a content view
2. create an activation key and associate the content view with it
3. attempt to 'Remove' the content view version
4. in the deletion wizard, when it gets to the step to re-assign the
activation keys, click 'Show affected Activation Keys'
Observe that they are not listed.
