Description

Description of problem:

As a user, when an asynchronous task fails (promotion, sync, etc), there is no notification to the user. This RFE requests UI notification of a failed/paused task so that the end user is notified when this occurs.

As an example, if the user promotes a content view, then navigates away from the content view page, if that promotion fails the user only knows this via:

  • visiting monitor->tasks in the UI
  • navigating to the content view and select its 'task' tab.
