I faced with problem of default_hostgroup plugin. I opened the issue on github plugin repo https://github.com/theforeman/foreman_default_hostgroup/issues/35
but after some googling I thought that it can be more complex bug (in foreman plugin engine, for example).
Probably, there is a conflict in RoR version
