Hi!

Although Gravatar is now disabled by default, I'd love to see Libravatar instead of Gravatar, since it better preserves users privacy.
It's an easy switch, as you only have to replace the base URL:

https://secure.gravatar.com/ => https://secure.libravatar.org/

BTW. I wasn't able to find the option to enable this feature in the lastest Foreman 1.21 release under Administer -> Settings. Where is this gone?
