Whitelist virt-who for foreman-maintain
Description
Description of problem:
virt-who package should be added to the whitelist file "/etc/yum/pluginconf.d/foreman-protector.whitelist" to allow virt-who configurations page to install virt-who from the copied hammer command.

How reproducible:
Everytime
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build Satellite
2. Create virt-who configuration from the webui and copy hammer command
3. Run hammer command on Satellite
Actual results:
Virt-who package is not installed
Expected results:
Virt-who package should be installed
