Facter's fairly harmless, but one side effect is that it probes a lot of information, which increases the size of our SELinux policy. It also means another package that has to be SCL'd for EL6.

We only use it to determine the FQDN and domain in a few migrations and settings, so it might be possible to replace this quite easily.
